Information collected
Sentural collects information necessary to analyze financial commands and operate the platform, including account and contact information provided by customers, configuration and policy data, and information generated through use of the platform.
Financial data
To evaluate a payment instruction, Sentural processes information related to that instruction — such as amount, currency, beneficiary and account identifiers — as provided by the customer or the systems it connects to. Sentural does not have access to financial data beyond what is provided or authorized by the customer.
Transaction information
Transaction information submitted for analysis, along with related metadata (such as timing and originating session context), is processed to produce a verdict and an explanation for that verdict.
Security telemetry
Sentural may collect technical telemetry — such as request metadata, device and session signals, and system logs — to support fraud and anomaly detection, as well as platform reliability and security monitoring.
API data
Data submitted through the Sentural API is processed for the purpose of authorizing the specific financial command it relates to, and to improve the accuracy of that analysis over time, subject to the customer's agreement with Sentural.
AI processing
Sentural uses AI models to analyze financial commands across signals such as identity, behavior, beneficiary, amount, timing, context and history. Model outputs are probabilistic assessments, not guarantees, and are intended to support — not replace — human decision making.
Data usage
Information is used to provide and improve the Sentural platform, generate verdicts and explanations, maintain security and audit records, and communicate with customers about their account.
Data sharing
Sentural does not sell personal or financial information. Information may be shared with service providers who support the operation of the platform, subject to confidentiality obligations, or as required by law.
Security
Sentural applies technical and organizational measures — including encryption, access controls, authentication and audit logging — designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse.
Retention
Information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the platform, meet contractual and legal obligations, and support security and audit requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Cookies
Sentural's website may use cookies and similar technologies to support essential functionality and understand aggregate usage of the site.
Third-party services
Sentural may rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform. These providers process information solely to support the services they provide to Sentural.
International transfers
Information may be processed in countries other than where it was collected. Where this occurs, Sentural takes steps intended to ensure information continues to receive an appropriate level of protection.
User rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of their personal information. Requests can be made using the contact details below.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “last updated” date on this page.
